Perspectives on Socal Networks
A great list at Social Computing Magazine on perspectives you can take when looking at social networks. One main issue with it - it’s all couched in the ‘young person’s perspective’ as though they are the major audience of the sites. And they are missing the ‘advertisers perspective’ that these are places to find all the target demographic and sell to them, when they are not being horrible to us and writing bad things about our brands.

That was a pretty interesting little piece that I haven’t come across yet, thanks for posting it.
