Next week I’m off to SXSW, the interactive get-together in Austin, Texas, from Friday through to Wednesday (or Tuesday, not sure yet). This will be my third time at the festival and looking forward to it as one of the highlights of the year for me. THis year, I’m trying something different - speaking on a panel.
It takes place on Sunday at 2pm, where we appear to be up against Mark Zuckerberg, of Facebook fame, but I’m sure we’ll draw a different cloud. It’s called Stories, Games and Your Brand, all about how non-entertainment brands can use stories, games, puzzles, treasure hunts etc to market themselves. I’m speaking with Dan Hon, (despite appearances on the panel info at the moment, there’s only one of him), Jeremy Ettinghausen and Roo Reynolds - a very English panel.
Meanwhile, I’m looking forward to meeting up with all my US friends again - ping me if you want a coffee, drink etc ;) If I’ve never met you, still ping/email/comment and we can arrange something.

I’ve been in Twitter for years (well, at least over a year) and been to the last 2 barcamps in Austin. May even present this year, but I generally just talk about marketing stuff so no always applicable. Hope to see you ther.
