Lux Design game

A nice little timewaster game put together by Tamba Internet for Lux Designs, Sunshine Shopoholic gets you to wander round a small street, collecting items whilst avoiding your partner who is out to get you. Nothing to strenuous, but it can get pretty addictive.

I know Tamba internet very well, they have built several websites for me. The problem with this company is the after sales service provided by them. All the time you are paying money to them things are fine; in my experience I didnt feel they had the expertise in SEO although they claim they do. I advised them I would be using another company for this part of my business but wanted to retain them for design which I have no complaints, this is when things went wrong! I was told that no more help would be forthcoming and asked to move on! Thats their perogative however I would suggest that small companies may want to consider this when using web design firms that go after big clients with deep pockets.
Another point I would like to make is that I paid a £2500 50% deposit for a Viral game, and I am waiting for a refund for non completion 18 months later!
Nice design company, poor service :(
